In addition to managing the program clinically and operationally, Paragon Rehab Directors also have responsibility for marketing these services to referral sources with support from Paragon's Director of Sales. In markets where we currently operate, Paragon has had great success building strong relationships with physicians, discharge planners, neighboring facilities you may want to partner with, and community organizations such as the Arthritis and Alzheimer's Foundations. These marketing efforts are always closely coordinated with the marketing efforts of the host facility or campus.

Samples of brochures, flyers, and prescription pads that have been developed with and for our customers are available. Marketing materials are always developed in conjunction with our customers. Paragon helps coordinate community activities such as:

  • Physician office and hospital luncheons scheduled throughout the year
  • Introductory meetings for referral sources when new Administrators or other key facility personnel are hired
  • Meetings with referral sources to introduce Rehab Directors, answer questions regarding facility programs or develop/implement  physician specific programs and protocols
  • Marketing and "customer appreciation" events with our partner facilities to continuously attract and retain key referral group loyalties
