Reporting Capabilities
Paragon has always measured it success based on the clinical success of the patients we treat, and on the operational success of the customers we serve.
We measure operational success in a number of ways:
Paragon’s Paralink propietary software system provides a multitude of data, including Medicare A RUGs distribution, Medicare A LOS, Part B caseload and intensity, therapy cap tracking, therapy minutes distribution among disciplines and per payer sources, and ICD-9 code analysis. Access to this data allows us to generate monthly, quarterly, and annual operations reports for individual facilities, and consolidated multi-facility reports for customers with multiple facilities.
While we have pre-existing reports that we can use as templates, we customize the content and format of these reports per each customer’s individual needs. In addition to this report generation, our Regional Director of Clinical Operations meets monthly with each Administrator to analyze our success relative to clinical, operational, and budgetary goals. For multiple facility contracts, at least on a yearly basis, our Regional Director and VP of Clinical Operations also meet with key corporate executives to conduct this same analysis.
Our philosophy is quite simple –
- daily practice management by the on-site Rehab Director
- ongoing contact by the Regional Director, in addition to monthly visits
- regular executive meetings
With all of the above supported by:
- same day responses to phone calls and E mails from Paragon regional and corporate
- excellent communication re. regulatory and reimbursement changes, and other critical rehab industry news
- alignment with each facility’s goals
